In the Internal Medicine clinics, we have examination rooms specially designed for each animal species, as well as vaccination and physiotherapy rooms, hospitalization and treatment rooms, ultrasound rooms, and endoscopy rooms. For infectious internal diseases, our hospital’s infectious disease unit includes separate examination, intensive care, and hospitalization units.
Additionally, in the farm animals section, there is a clinic dedicated to farm animals (such as sheep, goats, buffalo, etc.) and equine care. Examination and treatment procedures are carried out in the infectious and non-infectious departments, considering the type of disease.

VACCINATION AND PREVENTIVE MEDICINE

To improve the quality of life for your pets, we offer preventive medicine and vaccination services for newly adopted animals or for general check-ups at the Internal Medicine Clinic. This includes initial examinations, fecal and blood tests, and vaccinations for vital diseases such as rabies and distemper, as well as antiparasitic treatments. A vaccination protocol is created by our expert veterinarians, and pet owners are informed with necessary recommendations regarding animal care, feeding, and welfare.

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY, ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, AND BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS

Cardiology in veterinary medicine involves the diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired heart diseases in pets. At our Internal Medicine Clinic, diagnostic techniques such as electrocardiography, echocardiography, and blood pressure measurements are routinely performed by expert faculty members and veterinarians. After a treatment protocol is established, the patient is followed up at regular intervals.

ENDOSCOPY/COLONOSCOPY/BRONCHOSCOPY

Our clinic is fully equipped to perform modern veterinary medical techniques such as colonoscopy, rectoscopy, and gastroscopy for patients with digestive system symptoms. Endoscopy is a diagnostic method that involves examining the organs of the digestive system, taking biopsies, and confirming diagnoses. This technique is performed under general anesthesia, guided by expert faculty members and veterinarians. The Internal Medicine Clinic is equipped with two video endoscope systems for these procedures. For detailed information regarding endoscopy procedures, please contact our hospital.
For patients presenting with respiratory issues, bronchoscopy, bronchoscopy biopsy, oxygenation, and nebulization procedures are performed by expert staff when deemed necessary by the attending veterinarians.

HEMODIALYSIS

Hemodialysis is the process of removing toxic levels of urea and other toxins from the blood in cases of acute and chronic renal failure or poisoning. Our hospital is equipped with a fully functional hemodialysis unit with the latest technology, managed by expert staff. During hemodialysis, patients are closely monitored, and a completely hygienic environment is maintained.

ULTRASONOGRAPHY

In ultrasonography, high-frequency sound waves, inaudible to the human ear, are sent to the area of the body being examined. The sound waves are reflected from the different tissue surfaces, and this reflection is converted into an image by a computer system, allowing a two-dimensional image of the organs and tissues to be obtained. Our Internal Medicine unit has two ultrasonography devices, which are used by expert faculty members and veterinarians, especially for diagnosing abdominal organ diseases.

HOSPITALIZATION AND INTENSIVE CARE

Our Internal Medicine Clinic offers 24/7 hospitalization services in both non-infectious and infectious units.
For critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, we provide life support in our intensive care unit, available 24/7, with veterinary support and treatment facilities. Patients are monitored using intensive care units, with blood gas analysis and nebulization, while their body temperatures are kept under control.

PHYSICAL THERAPY AND REHABILITATION

Animals suffering from injuries, trauma, or aging often require physical therapy to regain mobility or strengthen reduced functions and reduce pain. In our hospital, personalized treatment protocols are created based on the identified condition, and physical therapy and rehabilitation are provided by expert veterinarians.
Furthermore, laser ultrasound technology, which is part of the physical therapy equipment, is used in wound healing, various dermatological diseases, and improving or restoring skin integrity. This method can be used alone or combined with the patient’s medical treatment protocol to assist in the healing process.
