Various blood analyses are performed in our hospital upon the recommendation of expert faculty members/veterinarians for patients presenting for general examination, check-up, or with different ailments and symptoms.
Blood gas analyses for all animals are routinely conducted in our hospital, measuring parameters such as pH, pH(T), pO2, pO2(T), pCO2, pCO2(T), Hct, tHb(est), sO2(est), Na+, K+, Ca++, Ca++(7.4), Cl-, Glu, Lac, cH+, cH+(T), HCO3-act, HCO3, and ctCO2. These measurements allow for the examination of changes in blood gas levels, and necessary evaluations for disease diagnosis are made by expert faculty members.
